I have been training with Pro-Fit since April 2005, initially to lose my baby weight which I achieved rapidly. I have since completed 2 half marathons and numerous 10K races. In addition I also completed Winter Tough Guy. I trained for this with the Pro-Fit Team by building strength in the gym, running weekly on The Edge and completing two weekends in Wales and the Lake District, involving abseiling, gauge walking, climbing Snowdon, bootcamps and orienteering. The great thing about Pro-Fit is that you are treated as a complete individual, you set your own goals and work at your own pace. It’s not just about fitness. Your confidence and mental health and your nutrition are all equally important in achieving a healthy lifestyle and reaching your goals. I have never been so motivated or committed to my health and well being before. I can’t imagine what the next few years has in store but I know I wouldn’t have been doing any of it without Pro-Fit.
