Preston-based Personal Trainer, Strength & Conditioning Coach, and Sleep Specialist with over 12 years in the fitness industry, I’ve had the privilege of helping hundreds of busy professionals and parents get in shape, whether that’s achieving a bikini body for the beach or building the fitness and strength to make the most of life for years to come.

My coaching style is all about mixing what you need with what you want, creating a plan that’s sustainable and fits your lifestyle. I believe fitness should be enjoyable, and we want everyone who walks through the door to feel like part of the family, not just a building alone to count reps.

• First-Class Honours Degree in Strength and Conditioning
• Qualified Sleep Specialist
• Certified Weightlifting Coach
• Former Strength & Conditioning Coach at Wigan Warriors

Outside of the gym, I love spending time with my family, an average golfer and watching sports. NFL Sundays are a big favourite.

I also grew up playing rugby, which first sparked my love for training and coaching.
