Fitness wasn’t always a natural fit for me. At school, it seemed like everyone else excelled at football—the only sport we ever played. I struggled to keep up, especially being asthmatic and dreading any moment my heart rate spiked.

Things changed when I left school and a mate invited me to try out a local gym. I was hooked from day one. The energy, the progression, and the focus on self-improvement were like nothing I’d experienced before. I knew I had to be part of this industry.

At 16, I secured an apprenticeship in gym instruction and personal training, getting hands-on experience while learning the ropes.

Fast forward 8 years, I’ve earned a BSc in Sports Science and an MSc in Strength and Conditioning, and I’ve helped hundreds of clients achieve their dream results.

My studies and continued learning have allowed me to dive deeper into areas such as sleep optimization, diabetes management, injury prevention, and performance coaching.

My Approach

My philosophy is simple: client-first personal training I meet each individual where they are and focus on mastering the basics—because building a strong foundation is the key to long-term success.

Also, I love bringing people together as it promotes accountability and shared success, whilst also increasing the energy and making every session enjoyable!

A Little About Me

Outside the gym, I’ve developed a reputation for getting injured in unusual ways. Since joining Pro-Fit, I’ve managed to:

• Break my hand doing a backflip..
• Fractured my foot while skipping down a hill..
• And, impressively, knock myself out in my job interview by running into a tree.. 

Fitness is a journey filled with its ups and downs, but its my role, and our role at Pro-Fit to help you navigate it with confidence and a bit of humor along the way.
